Les masques sont tombés sur la disparition de l’Imposteur et Usurpateur d’identité nationale congolaise, depuis sa prestation de serment. D’après une source concordante de bakolokongo.com depuis Goma, Joseph Kabila qui serait porté disparu depuis son serment, se trouverait caché à l’est du pays, plus probablement au Rwanda.     TSHISEKEDI ASSASSIN POPTENTIEL DE JOSEPH KABILA?

    Que Tshisekedi ait trempé les mains dans le sang de Lumumba et de Kimba, cela tout le monde le sait. Il suffit de consulter les archives historiques. Mais, qu´il soit capable de récidiver, cherchant à tuer Joseph Kabila, cela dépasse tout entendement, d´autant plus qu´il est le premier à prôner un État de Droit. Malheureusement, les informations en notre possession tendent à démontrer que Tshisekedi aurait ourdi un attentat contre le jeune Joseph Kabila qui l´a battu aux dernières éléctions, présidentielle et législatives. L´affaire est tellement grave que la presse de l´Opposition comme le journal Le Potentiel n´en pipe mot.
    Nous disons: informations en notre possession. À vrai dire, ces informations sont en possession de tout le monde. Elles ont été publiées par Lambert Mende Omalanga, ministre de la Communication et des Médias et porte-parole du Gouvernement. Celui-ci a réuni la presse le samedi 11 février dernier, dans son cabinet de travail, pour lui expliquer le pourquoi du débarquement de Jacquemain Shabani, Secrétaire général de l’UDPS et candidat malheureux aux élections législatives du 28 novembre 2011. C´est du moins ce qui ressort de la publication faite ce 13 février 2012 par le journal L´Avenir.
    Que dit ce journal?
    Beaucoup de choses, notamment:
    1)- Maître Jacquemain Shabani, Secrétaire Général de l´UDPS, -(donc le “Premier Ministre” de Tshisekedi, puisque celui-ci s´est autoproclamé Président d´une certaine RDC)- aurait été interpellé, il y a quelques jours, par les services de Sécurité, à l´aéroport de Ndjili, alors qu´il s´apprêtait à s´embarquer vers l´Allemagne, via Belgique.
    2)- Empêché de voyager en Allemagne, Jacquemain Shabani doit répondre à plusieurs charges qui lui sont repprochées, surtout que le document retrouvé en sa possession fait allusion à la fin tragique du Chef de l´Ertat, c´est-à-dire, son assassinat etc…, etc…
    Selon Lambert Mende, cité par L´Avenir, Shabani doit s’expliquer sur le fait d´une “allusion à la fin tragique du président de la République, c’est-à-dire, son assassinat. Etant donné qu’il a des informations top secrets, il devra les donner aux services concernés pour prévenir cet acte”.
    Comme on le constate, le Ministre Mende, diplomatiquement, ne veut accuser ni Shabani, ni Tshisekedi d´une tentative d´assassinat du Président de la République. Cependant, tout indique que, si Tshisekedi n´est pas l´auteur de ce mijotage d´assassinat de Kabila, il en est, en tout cas, complice. C´est évident. Sinon, possédant des informations top-secret de ce genre, il aurait dit en tenir informer les services competents. C´est pour cette raison que nous titrons ainsi cet article: “Tshisekedi, assassin potentiel de Joseph Kabila?”.
    Cette question ne nous concerne pas. Elle est du domaine de la Justice.
    Dès lors, vous me demandez: “Magloire, si cette question ne vous concerne pas, de quoi donc vous mêlez-vous? Vous êtes un kabiliste consommé, cherchant à emmerder Tshisekedi”.
    Non et non. Je ne suis pas un kabiliste consommé ni quelqu´un cherchant à emmerder Tshisekedi. Je suis journaliste. En plus de journaliste, je suis parapsychologue.
    Alors là, vous vous écriez: “on veut bien qu´un journaliste s´occupe de ce genre de faits-divers. Mais, qu´est-ce qu´un parapsychologue tient à voir avec les tentatives d´assassinat? Et puis, c´est quoi un parapsychologue?”.
    Je voudrais, d´abord, répondre à la dernière question, car elle vous permettra de comprendre pourquoi un parapsychologue se mêle des tentatives d´assassinat.
    C´est quoi un para psychologue?
    En tout cas, soyez tranquilles, ce n´est pas un psychologue, comme vous entendez ce mot. C´est un chercheur des phénomènes dits paranormaux, ceux qui sortent de l´ordinaire, telle que des prophéties, par exemple. Un parapsychologue c´est un peu comme un antropologue. Celui-ci, souvent, pour comprendre des phénomènes magiques d´une tribu finit par être initié à la magie. Le parapsychologue agit de la même façon.
    Tenez, je suis parapsychologue formé. Mon domaine de recherche c´est la géomancie ou l´art divinatoire. Je cherche à pénétrer les mystères logiques qui font fonctionner la géomancie. Pour cela, en tant que cybérnéticien, j´ai étudié des systèmes divinatoires, découvrant leurs algoritmes et représentant ces algoritmes (Instructions) à travers des modèles mathématiques et des logiciels qui substituent le devin. Il suffit d´acceder à un programme pour faire des consultations sur la vie psycho-sociale des individus.
    Voilà en quoi je suis parapsychologue, c´est-à-dire, scientiste des mystères.
    Maintenant, qu´est-ce que j´ai à voir avec la tentative d´assassinat de Kabila par Tshisekedi, ou du moins, par des gens acquis à la cause de Tshisekedi?
    La réponse est simple.
    Le 28 novembre 2011, jour du déroulement des élections présidentielles, j´ai publié, sur Congo Trinube, un article intitulé “Le Peuple Kongolais entre la Nuit et le Jour”.
    Si vous avez un peu de patience, lisait ce que j´avais pondu: “Aujourd´hui, 28 novembre 2011, est un jour historique. Aujourd´hui notre peuple va choisir ses dirigeants. Il faut d´abord reconnaître un fait juridique: en RDC les élections ne sont pas obligatoires, vote qui veut. Il faut reconnaître aussi l´autre fait: l´élection présidentielle se fait à un scrutin à un tour. Ces deux faits réunis font que nous puissions penser, statistiquement, à un miettement des voix. En effet, en considérant qu´il y a à peu près 30.000.000 d´électeurs et que tout le monde se rende aux urnes, chaque candidat pourra récolter 2.727.272, 73 voix exprimées. Cela représente environ 9% pour chacun d´eux. Il est bien entendu que certains candidats auront plus de voix que d´autres. En tout cas, la réalité sur place indique que la lutte se dispute entre Joseph Kabila et Etienne Tshisekedi. Tshisekedi donne 2 ou 3% á Kabila. En tout cas, un des deux sera Président de la République”.
    Cherchant à étayer mes previsions, j´avais dit: “Voyons maintenant, kabalistiquement, les chances d´un chacun de gagner. Du point de vue de la Numérologie, tous les chiffres indiquent que Kabila va sortir gagnant des urnes. Du point de vue de la géomancie, cependant, il court un grand danger car il y a des intrigues en l´air. Tshisekedi a une petite chance d´être le segond. Toutefois, à cause de son arrogance, il risque de perdre même ce qu´il croit avoir”.
    La réalité semble confirmer cette vision.
    1)- “Du point de vue de la Numérologie, tous les chiffres indiquent que Kabila va sortir gagnant des urnes”.
    Nous connaissons les résultats de la présidentielle et des législatives. Kabila est sorti vainqueur de ces élections. À la présidentielle, il a obtenu 49% et Tshisekedi 33. Dans d´autres prévisions antérieures, publiées aussi dans Congo Tribune, j´avais prévu 48% pour Kabila et 32% pour Tshisekedi.
    2)- “Du point de vue de la géomancie, cependant, il (Kabila) court un grand danger car il y a des intrigues en l´air”.
    Ici aussi nous venons d´apprendre qu´il y a cogitation de tentative d´assassinat de Kabila. Mais, on ne sait pas si les auteurs de ce crime sont les gens de Tshisekedi directement ou des complices. Kabila court donc un grand danger comme l´avait prévu l´Oracle de mes Ancêtres.
    3)- “Tshisekedi a une petite chance d´être le segond”.
    Les résultats sont là. Tshisekedi est segond à la présidentielle comme aux législatives.
    4)- “Toutefois, à cause de son arrogance, il risque de perdre même ce qu´il croit avoir”.
    Les preuves sont là. Tshisekedi ne reconnaît pas sa propre victoire aux législatives. Il enjoint à ses députés de ne pas siéger au Parlement. Y a-t-il une autre façon de perdre le peu qu´il a gagné que celle là?
    Jusqu´ici, l´Oracle de mes Ancêtres ne s´est pas trompé.
    Mais, est-il vrai que Tshisekedi est potentiellement l´assassin de Joseph Kabila?
    Je vais consulter mon Oracle à ce propos et je vous en dirais quoi.
    Pour le moment, souhaitons que Tshisekedi ne soit pas mêlé dans cette affaire sale.

    LE DANGER DE L´ACCULTURATION: FUTUR INCERTAIN POUR LA RDC.

    La vie humaine se construit par pallier généalogique: les vieux s´en vont et les jeunes les remplacent. En Afrique, cette dynamique vitale peut signifier l´extinction culturelle et existentielle. En effet, nos traditions sont orales. Quand les vieux s´en vont, c´est un peu comme si on brûlait toute une bibliothèque.Ce quadre s´aggrave quand les jeunes deviennent victimes de l´acculturation. Ce terme signifie, grosso modo, changements, changements intervenus dans la culture d´un groupe social, sous l´influence d´un outre groupe avec lequel le premier entre en contact. En Afrique, et plus particulièrement, chez les jeunes africains qui, fuyant la misère, vont s´entasser en Occident, ce phénomène d´acculturation est très accentué. C´est le cas, par exemple de la diaspora congolaise. Généralement, pour justifier les raisons pour lesquelles la jeunesse congolaise a fui le pays –(la misère)-, d´une part; et, d´autre part, pour s´auto-affirmer existentiellement, les jeunes congolais qui s´exhilent en Occident adoptent deux attitudes inquiétantes. D´un côté, ils se transforment en victimes du pouvoir en place en RDC et, conséquement, ils se muent en armée de reserve pour les opposants au régime. De l´autre, ce qui est encore plus grave, ils subissent le joug de l´acculturation.
    Pour preuve, ils ne respectent pas nos traditions et nos coutumes. On les voit souvent agresser les autorités congolaises en séjour dans les pays Occidentaux. On les voit tabasser des personnes âgées comme ce fut le cas avec le Président du Sénat congolais, Kengo wa Dondo. Les manifestations des effets de l´acculturation ne s´arrêtent pas là. Ces jeunes ne respectent même pas les morts. Pire, ils se réjouissent de la mort de ceux qu´ils croient être leurs ennemis. Le derinier cas d´espèce, c´est la mort de Katumba Mwanke, considéré comme l´Eminence Grise de Joseph Kabila.
    Pour annoncer la mort tragique de ce concitoyen, les Bakolokongo, c´est-à-dire, la diaspora congolaise en Europe, ont publié, sur Congo Tribune du 12 février 2012, le tître suivant: “RDC- Retombés du Crash à Bukavu: Joseph Kabila se trouverait caché à l’est du pays!”.
    Dans ce texte, les Bakolokongo relationnent l´accident qui a emporté Katumba Mwanke avec une mission quelconque que celui-ci devait effectuer auprès de Joseph Kabila qui, selon eux, se serait refugié au Rwanda. Quelques jours avant, Radio Tshondo avait informé que Kabila était devenu fou et qu´il serait en traitement en Allemagne. Aujourd´hui, 13 février, la même Radio informe que Kabila, guéri, est rentré au Congo pour participer aux obsèques de Katumba Mwanke. C´est terrible la façon avec laquelle la diaspora oppositioniste fabrique, crée, invente des informations, lorqu´il s´agit de vilipender Joseph Kabila, Président élu de la RDC.
    Voici, par exemple, comment ils exploitent l´accident de l´avion au cours duquel est mort Katumba Mwanke:
    “(…) Mais le sang précieux de nos ancêtres les a confondus et la mission discrète a tourné au vinaigre. Un grand jour pour les Combattants Résistants et la diaspora congolaise qui ont accueilli avec satisfaction cette tragédie! Les collabos vont tous finir les uns après les autres dans des conditions imprévisibles”.
    Ils continuent avec leur carnaval d´allegresse:
    “Les patriotes regrettent et se posent la question pourquoi d´autres collabos tels Lamber Mende, Evariste Boshab, André Kimbuta, Bisengimana….n´étaient pas de la partie. (…)”.
    Les Bakolokongo concluent:
    “Des questions se posent sur le mobile du crash: est-ce un accident ou un attentat criminel des forces de résistances qui combattent le régime de Joseph Kabila?”.
    Cette question pourrait remettre au fait que les Bakolokongo sont au parfum de l´attentat projetté contre Joseph Kabila et dont des informations y relatives étaient entre les documents saisis, par les Services de Sécurité, sur le Secrétaire Général de l´UDPS, Maître Jacquemain Shabani.

    Il y a donc quelque chose qui se trame contre la vie de Joseph Kabila.
    Bien que nous regrettions la mort de Katumba Mwanke et compatissions à la douleur ressentie par sa famille biologique et par tous les Katangais, nous devons dire que le sujet que nous voulons traiter ici est autre. Nous lamentons, justement, la mort de nos traditions et de nos coutumes dans le coeur des Bakolokongo, cette jeunesse dynamique qui a la prétention de diriger, un jour, le peuple congolais.
    Hum ! Vous avez dit le peuple congolais? Comment est-ce que des jeunes acculturés peuvent-ils prétendre diriger le vaillant peuple congolais?
    À notre avis, il est impossible que la diaspora congolaise, que nous qualifions comme acculturée, puisse avoir des compétences et des habilités morales et politiques pour diriger notre pays.
    Pour quoi nous disons “compétences et habilités morales”?
    Pour deux raisons essentielles: le peuple congolais est un peuple bantu –(prononcez bantou)- et chrétien.
    Qu´est-ce que cela signifie donc?
    Nous nous expliquons:
    1)- Le peuple congolais est un peuple bantu.
    D´ou vient ce mot “bantu”?
    Selon les lectures que nous avons faites sur les travaux du grand savant africain Cheikh Anta Diop, le mot bantu provient de deux mots de la langue égyptienne antique, soit “b´n´ n´t”. Le terme “b´n” signifie ceux qui appartiennent à…, les enfants de… D´où viennent des mots juifs comme “ben” ou arabes comme “bin”. En Kiluba on parle de “bene ou bena” pour dire ceux qui appartiennent à un clan. (Par exemple, mes ancêtres à moi Magloire, appartiennent aux clans “Bena Muleka”, au Kasaï; ou “Bene Masengo” au Katanga).
    Quant au terme “n´t” il signifierait “être humain ou non humain”. Nous avons ainsi, en Kiluba, deux catégories d´êtres: les “Bantu”, pluriel de “Muntu” et les “Bintu”, pluriel de Kintu. Muntu signifie être animé humain; kintu signifie être animé non humain.
    De tout ces mot a surgit un autre, très puissant connu comme le Ubuntu, l´essence de l´être humain. Nous sommes humains dans la mesure où nous sommes tous les autres humains, dans la mesure où nous compatissons au Bonheur et au Malheur des autres. Ubuntu signifie: je suis toi et toi tu es moi.
    Pour mieux faire comprendre le sens de Ubuntu,nous voudrions donner, ici, une narrative d´un anthropologue occidental qui a vécu dans un village africain appelé Ubuntu. Un jour, ce chercheur avait voulu installer un jeu compétitif à être joué par des enfants du village. Il plaça une corbeille pleine de bonbons et des biscuits, suspendue sur un arbre. Après cela, il demanda aux enfants de courir pour aller prendre les bonbons. Celui qui serait le plus rapide prendrait toute la corbeille pour lui. Brusquement, les enfants se donnèrent la main et coururent ensemble. Prirent la corbeille et se distribuèrent les bonbons. L´anthropologue, étonné, demanda aux enfants: pourquoi avez-vous couru ensemble pour vous distribuer les bonbons? Les enfants répondirent: “Ubuntu, Ubuntu interdit que les uns soient plus heureux que les autres. Nous devons nous partager le bonheur et le malheur”.
    Le Ubuntu est la valeur morale du peuple bantu. C´est ce que la diaspora congolaise appellée Bakolokongo est en train de perdre par l´acculturation, par exemple, en se réjouissant de la mort des autres, fussent-ils leurs ennemis. Le peuple congolais qu´ils prétendent diriger vit dans le village appellé Ubuntu. De ce point de vue, ils n´ont ni les compétences ni les habilités pour diriger le peuple congolais. Justement, le sang de nos ancêtres leur empêchera d´arriver au pouvoir.

    2)- Le peuple congolais est un peuple chrétien.
    Si le peuple congolais est “Ubuntu”, il est aussi chrétien. Et, le “Ubuntu” c´est l´essence même du Commandement nous légués par notre Seigneur Jésus Christ: La loi de l´Amour.
    Comme nous ne pouvons rien affirmer sans prouver, nous allons recourir à la Sainte Bible, particulièrement, en Mathieu.
    Jésus dit: “Vous avez appris qu´il a été dit: tu aimeras ton prochain, et tu haïras ton ennemi. Mais moi, je vous dis: aimez vos ennemis, bénissez ceux qui vous maudissent, faites du bien à ceux qui vous haïssent, et priez pour ceux qui vous maltraitent et qui vous pérsecutent” (Mathieu: 5, 43-44).
    Ce commandement est donné par le Fils de Dieu à tous ceux qui veulent être chrétiens.
    Comme on le constate, ce commandement chrétien n´est pas different do Ubuntu. Il se fait que le peuple congolais est, à 80% près, chrétien.
    Dès lors, comment est-ce que la diaspora congolaise, appellée Bakolokongo, cet ensemble des jeunes congolais qui vivent de la haine et qui prêchent la haine, comment, disons-nous, ces jeunes peuvent-ils, un jour diriger un peuple chrétien?
    Nous devons vous garantir que jamais Dieu, à travers son Fils et son Esprit Saint, pourra donner le pouvoir à ces jeunes gens, à moins que ce ne soit pour punir le peuple congolais.
    Tout cela pour dire: “LE DANGER DE L´ACCULTURATION: FUTUR INCERTAIN POUR LA RDC”.

    AUX OBSÈQUES DE KATUMBA MWANKE: JOSEPH KABILA TIRÉ DE LA SCÈNE PAR UNE CERTAINE PRESSE.

    Avant le désastre qui a emporté Katumba Mwanke, la presse de l´Opposition avait propagé des rumeurs sur la présence ou non du Président de la République au pays, depuis qu´il a été sacré par la Cours Suprême de Justice. Je n´oublierai jamais les inventions de Radio Tshiondo. Pour cette Radio qui traite Kabila de vicié en drogues, celui-ci se trouverait tantôt en Europe, tantôt à Lubumbashi, tantôt partout à la fois. Pour les Bakolokongo, au moment où se produit le crash qui a emporté Katumba Mwanke, Joseph Kabila se serait caché, soit au Kivu, soit au Rwanda. Pour ces compatriotes, Katumba Mawanke et les autres personnalités grièvement blessées dans l´accident, allaient exécuter une mission auprès de Kaibla en fuite du pays.
    La mort de l´illustre disparu, a, tout d´un coup fait revenir Kabila de l´Allemagne où il aurait été faire soigner sa folie. C´est ce que disait hier, Radio Tshondo, commentant les obsèques de Katumba Mwanke, un des plus proches collaborateurs de Joseph Kabila Kabange..
    Quant à nous, nous croyons qu´il est donc légitime que le Chef de l´État soit présent à ces cérémonies de triste mémoire. Et, si le Président de la République est présent à ces événements, il est normal et déontologiquement recommandé que la Presse, dans son ensemble, parle da sa présence aux obsèques.
    Pour vérifier cela, nous avons glané quelques titres de journaux, nationaux comme étrangers.
    1)- La Prospérité.
    Sous le tître “Augustin Katumba Mawanke: les adieux émouvants” de ce 14 février 2012, le journal la Prospérité fait, pratiquement, un reportage écrit sur les obsèques du disparu: “Il est 13 heures, heure de Kinshasa, lorsque l’avion transportant le corps, inerte, de l’Honorable Katumba Mwanke arrive à l’aéroport international de N’djili à Kinshasa. Toute la crème politique de la Majorité Présidentielle est au bas de la passerelle. La famille biologique du disparu également”.
    Le journal poursuit: “Après la morgue où le corps devait être conditionné, pour recevoir les derniers hommages, le cortège a pris la direction de la Résidence du disparu, située au quartier GB, dans la Commune de la Gombe. C’est ici où le Chef de l’Etat, Joseph Kabila, sous une pluie battante, a rendu les derniers hommages à son bras droit, selon plusieurs témoignages”.
    Malgrès l ´effort de montrer qu´il fait un reportage, c´est-à-dire que le reporter était sur la place de l´événement, La Prospérité, tout d´un coup, sème un doute quand il s´agit de confirmer ou non la présence du Président de la République. Elle écrit en effet: “(…). C’est ici où le Chef de l’Etat, Joseph Kabila, sous une pluie battante, a rendu les derniers hommages à son bras droit, selon plusieurs témoignages”.
    Il y a là un contraste avec l´introduction du reportage: ““Il est 13 heures, heure de Kinshasa, lorsque l’avion transportant le corps, inerte, de l’Honorable Katumba Mwanke arrive à l’aéroport international de N’djili à Kinshasa”. Ici on a l´impression nette que le journal était présent à l´endroit et qu´il a accompagné le cortège de l´Aéroport jusqu´à la résidence du défunt où était Joseph Kabila, sous une pluie battante. Comment expliquer alors cette histoire de: “selon plusieurs témoignages”? Pour quelle raison La Prospérité veut-elle affirmer qu´elle n´a pas, personnellement, vu Joseph Kabila sur les lieux? Il y a anguille sous roche.
    2)- Groupe Lavenir.
    “Kinshasa: J. Kabila rend hommage à Katumba Mwanke”.
    Ce journal affirme carrément que Kabila était présent aux obsèques qui se sont déroulées à la résidence du défunt, à Kinshasa. Autrement dit, Joseph Kabila n´était ni malade, ni fou, encore moins en Allemagne ou au Rwanda.
    Ce journal écrit, en noir et blanc et reproduit son reportage: “Lundi, 13 février 2011. L’après midi est chaud : 29°C selon les prévisions météorologiques du jour. Du côté de l’avenue Batetela, le drapeau jaune du parti présidentiel est en berne. L’un de grands lieutenants du parti, Katumba Mwanke n’est plus. Son portrait est bien en place, juste à l’entrée du siège du Pprd”.
    Et puis, : “Il est exactement 15h5’ lorsque le cortège funèbre est passé pour la clinique Ngaliema. À l’hôpital, tous les ténors du Parti du peuple pour la reconstruction et la démocratie sont présents : Evariste Boshab, André Kimbuta Yango, Aubin Minaku, Gustave Beya SiKu, Théophile Mbemba Fundu, Louise Mayuma Kasende, Wivine Moleka, etc”.
    Enfin: “Une heure après, soit à 16 heures heure locale, le cortège funèbre débarque au siège du Pprd. Pleures et consternations sont au rendez-vous. Toussaint Tshilombo qui fait la modération frémit en lui-même. Il en est de même avec Adèle Kayinda qui entonne la prière pour la circonstance ; elle n’a pas su retenir ses larmes. Trente minutes passées, la dépouille de l’illustre disparu se dirige à la résidence du défunt où le président de la République, Joseph Kabila Kabange dans un visage sombre de regret et bravant la pluie, s’est recueilli personnellement devant le cercueil de Katumba Mwanke”.
    Lavenir a bel et bien vu Joseph Kabila à la résidence de feu Katumba Mwanke, “visage sombre de regret et bravant la pluie”.
    Trois éléments corroborent la véracité entre le reportage de La Prospérité et celui de Lavenir, à savoir: la résidence du defunt, la pluie, la présence de Kabila sur les lieux précis. La seule différence est que Lavenir a vu Kabila, mais la Prospérité a entendu des témoignages.
    3)- Agence Congolaise de Presse: ACP:
    “Le Président Joseph Kabila s´est recueilli devant la dépouille du député Augustin Katumba Mawanke”.
    Cette Agence écrit: “Le Président de la République Joseph Kabila Kabange s’est recueilli lundi, à Kinshasa, devant la dépouille du député national Augustin Katumba Mwanke décédé la veille dans le crash aérien survenu à l’aéroport de Kavumu, à Bukavu, dans la province du Sud-Kivu.
    Le Chef de l’Etat est arrivé à la résidence de Augustin Katumba, au quartier « GB » où a été exposé le corps, sous une pluie battante, en signe de son profond amour pour l’illustre disparu”.
    L´ACP affirme avoir vu Joseph Kabila à la résidence de Katumba Mwanke, sous une pluie battante. Nous retrouvons les mêmes éléments: résidence de Mwanke, pluie battante, présence de Joseph Kabila sur les lieux.
    4)- L´Observateur.
    Le journal L´ Observateur, publié dans les pages de Digital Congo.net de ce 14 février 2012, a difusé un tître éloquent: “ Joseph Kabila éploré devant la dépouille de Katumba Mwanke : un cinglant démenti aux alarmistes rumeurs sur son état de santé”!
    Le journal l´Observateur, non seulement annonce la présence de Kabila aux funérailles de Katumba Mwanke, comme affirme que cette présence balaie les rumeurs alimentées par la presse de l´Opposition. En effet, L´Observateur écrit: “C’est un cinglant démenti que vient d’apporter aux rumeurs alarmistes la présence physique et en parfait état du Président de la République tel qu’il a été vu lors de son recueillement lundi devant la dépouille du regretté député Augustin Katumba Mwanke dont les obsèques sont prévues jeudi à Pweto”.
    Le journal ajoute: “Au-delà de la présence du chef de l’Etat dans ce lieu de deuil, il y a eu un cinglant démenti apporté à toutes les rumeurs fantaisistes qui circulent depuis plusieurs jours à Kinshasa et sur Internet. Qu’est-ce qui n’a pas été dit et redit sur la non apparition en public ou l’indisponibilité de Joseph Kabila ? De toutes ces rumeurs folles, il n’en reste plus rien de crédible, ni de sérieux. Les auteurs et relayeurs de ces rumeurs fantaisistes, voulant jeter le doute et la confusion dans les esprits, doivent se rendre à l’évidence”.
    L´Observateur conclue: “Oui, le Président Joseph Kabila se trouve actuellement, bel et bien, au pays et est en charge des affaires du pays. Même si tout Kinshasa n’était pas sur place pour constater, de visu, la présence du président, en chair et en os. Pour l’obligation de vérité, l’on a pu compter sur la presence”. “sur le lieu de plusieurs photographes et cameramen de certaines chaînes de télévision qui ont diffusé les images y relatives.
    Et, pour appuyer ses affirmations, L´Observateur publie une faute où on voit le Président Kabila consolant la veuve de Katumba Mwanke. Apparemment, Joseph Kabila en en pleurs.

    5)- Radio France Internationale (RFI) exploite ce titre fade et insipide: “A Kinshasa, hommage des officiels à Augustin Katumba Mwanke et début de l’enquête”.
    Après cela RFI écrit: “Le corps d’Augustin Katumba Mwanke, le conseiller spécial du président Kabila, tué dimanche 12 février 2012 dans un accident d’avion à Bukavu, a été ramené ce lundi à Kinshasa. Un long cortège de voitures officielles a accompagné sa dépouille mortelle. Un hommage lui a été rendu au palais du Peuple”.
    Ici nous avons l´impression que RFI a accompagné le cortège de l´aéroport jusqu´au Palais du Peuple. C´est curieux qu´elle n´ait pas été partout, surtout à la résidence du défunt où le Présdent Joseph Kabila attendait la dépouille mortelle de son ex-collaborateur. Pour quelles raisons donc la RFI a éludé cette présence de Kabila. Nous pouvons conclure que l´intention de cet organe officiel du Gouvernement français est de tirer Joseph Kabila de la scène, jouant ainsi le jeu de l´Opposition. Encore, poursuivant cette intention malvaillante, RFI publie la photo du Premier Ministre Muzito, rendant hommage à Katumba Mwanke. Pour quoi la photo du Premier Ministre et non celle du Président de la République? La réponse est sur les ondes de RFI.
    6)- Le Potentiel.
    Bon grè, mal gré, Le Potentiel, journal officieux de l´Opposition congolaise produit ce tître sans contenu convaincant: “Katumba Mwanke pleuré par les siens au Palais du Peuple”.
    Voici une série de ce qu´écrit Le Potentiel:
    “Emotion et consternation se lisent sur les visages de toute l’assistance. Il est 17 heures. Les sirènes du corbillard qui transporte le corps du député Augustin Katumba Mwanke retentissent à l’esplanade du Palais du peuple”.
    On sent clairement que le Potentiel est en train de présenter un reportage. Sur le plan professionnel, un reportage doit aller jusqu´à la fin, explorant tous les scénarios de l´événement. À la place de cela, Le Potentiel joue à l´hypocrisie, à une fausse compassion écrivant: “Dame la pluie se mêle à ce rendez-vous funeste. Et du coup, c’est une nouvelle mise en place. De l’esplanade, la chapelle ardente blanche devant abriter la dépouille de l’illustre disparu est installée au hall du Palais du peuple, où tous les officiels et autres s’empressent de prendre place. Les proches de la famille biologique de l’illustre disparu, sa formation politique, des personnalités de la République et autres amis et connaissances, ne peuvent retenir leurs larmes, en voyant le cercueil qui contient corps de celui-là, avec qu’ils ont échangé il y a peu de temps seulement, et porté sur les épaules des jeunes militants vêtus aux couleurs du parti, le PPRD”.
    Et, comble de malheur, Le Potentiel ne met en exergue, ni le Chef de l´État, ni le Premier Minsitre. Son affaire c´est le Président de l´Assemblée Nationale, Evariste Boshab. Au lieu de parler de la présence du Président de la République aux obsèques, Le Potentiel, malignement, félonisyphilistiquement, parle du Représentant personnel du Chef de l´État. Voci ce qu´écrit à propos: “Représentant personnel du chef de l’Etat, le Président de l’Assemblée nationale, Evariste Boshab, dans son oraison funèbre loue l’engagement politique exemplaire de son collègue, qu’il appelle « frère et ami ». Evariste Boshab revient aussi sur le caractère discret de l’honorable Katumba Mwanke”.
    Pourquoi parler de représentant du Chef de l´Etat si celui-ci était présent aux cérémonies funestes, sous une pluie battante? Pourquoi, Le Potentiel comme la RFI se sont ils arrêtés à l´étape du Palais du Peuple et non jusqu´à la résidence de feu Mwanke où le Président Kabila attendait le corps de son précieux ami, sous une pluie battante? Pourquoi? Pourquoi?
    On peut comprendre que la RFI, pour des raisons de vengeance, puisse ignorer le Président de la République. Mais, quelles sont les raisons que Le Potentiel a pour priver ses lecteurs nationaux de la présence du Chef de l´Etat? Le moment n´était-il pas propice, favorable, pour démentir les rumeurs sur la disparition de Kabila du pays?
    Toutes ces questions ont une seule réponse: en tant qu´organe de presse de l´Opposition, Le Potentiel a tout intérêt á rendre invisible le Président Kabila, faisant d´une pierre deux coups: d´une part, montrer qu´il n´y a pas d´autre Président que le kasaïen Tshisekedi, auto-proclamé Président de la République; d´autre part, continuer à alimenter les rumeurs selon lesquelles Joseph Kabila a fui le pays.
    Du point de vue déontologique, cette attitude est une déviation professionnelle qui devrait être sanctionnée par les organes compétents. De tous les journaux nationaux qui ont relaté les obsèques, Le Potentiel est le seul à ne pas parler de la présence du Président de la République Joseph Kabila Kabange.
    Nous pouvons donc conclure que “aux obsèques de Katumba Mwanke: Joseph Kabila a été tiré de la scène par une certaine Presse”. Et, cette certaine Presse n´est autre que le Potentiel.

Reguardons bien les archives sur le deuil du prof ; Vous verrez que Kabila porte la même tenue et il était a´côté de Mwando Nsimba la cousin du Prof. Mr Katumba, Ngonda, Matata allait faire quoi á l´Est avec le fils de BISENGIMANA : Si kabila á le pouvoir sur le Congo, qu´il mute tous les militaire du CNDP qui continuent tjs en endeuiller nos familles á l´Est sans que personne ne vienne á leur sécours S´il ne pas á mesures de les muter cá prouvera que c´est Kagame qui donne les ordres en RDC.       Votre analyse en vaut le pesant d´or. Il faut peut-être demandé à ceux qui étaient sur place pour confirmer si ce qu´ils disent est un mirage ou pas. En cas moi, je n´étais pas là. Les journaux que je cites étaient là. Ils affirment bien qu´ils ont vu Kabila à ces obsèques. Les journaux qui ont vu Kabila et n´ont pas publier cette information nous les connaissons. Demandez donc à tous les journaux congolais qui ont parlé sur la présence de Kabila aux obsèques de Katumba Mwanke. En tout cas, ne demandez pas au Le Potentiel. Celui-ci vous dira qu´il n´a pas été là, bien qu´il y ait été. Vous voyez, mon frère Kasongo Kalinda. Soyez sérieux. Quand vous n´avez rien à dire, la meuilleure façon c´est de vous taire.     The fight that —Congolese patriots within APARECO indefatigably lead for the liberation by all means of occupation and exploitationo in the Democratic Republic of Congo is a noble and rightgeous fight. However, some powerful political and financial lobbies from the West and from Africa distort the noble sense of this fight every day. This in the only purpose to protect their sordid interests in our country the DRC.
    That is why the brief narrative that we present you aims to highlight numerous zones of shadows which hide the identity of — men who planned in backstage the invasion of Zaire. This narrative aims to show the depth and the sharpness of the devilish mechanism of — secret links which always been existing between Paul Kagame and Joseph Kabila, and to explain how their complicity allowed to realize the biggest imposture of the political history of Africa. This narrative thus redraws the tortuous headway of the bloody ascent of an enigmatic man of doubious origins and adverse intentions.
    His history and his origins would certainly have interested nobody if he had only been an ordinary individual.
    Unfortunately, it is here about a man of enigmatic origins and of multiple identities, amazingly similar to the sphinx of the Greek mythology but whom, contrary to this monster, destroys every person who attemps to resolve the enigma of his own identity. It is here about a double agent, trained and supported by the Rwandan head of state, and who was infiltrated in the military and politicl structures of our country the DRC, to the point of occupying the presidential chair, most vital position of the Republic.
    And every time the Congolese elite and their people try to relaunch the debate on this Joseph Kabila’s major problem of nationality—, the powerful mentors and the defenders who made him and put him on orbit use the international media, which they control at will, to denonce « xenophobia », « speech of hatred », « extremism » or even « congolité », neologism invented as scarecrow to frighten Congolese.
    That is why the APARECO decided not to give up as most of political formations in DRC did, but to lead up to the end, beside the Congolese people, the fight of the sovereignty, truth and justice!
    That is why the APARECO publishes this narrative which invites the entire International Community to consider attentively the macabre scenes of the injustice and the imposture which is taking place at present in DRC and that some financial and political lobbies are trying to cover in order to hide the horrors which occur there every day.
    This narrative presents only a tiny part of numerous written testimonies or videos from several live sources:
    • Military Officers and —-kadogos (children soldiers) who started the war in 1996, and who therefore kept close to — Joseph Kabila in his debuts.
    • APR (Rwandan Patriotic Army) Rwandan military officers in exile among some of them knew Joseph Kabila during his instruction in the Rwandan military training centres in 1995.
    • Zairean Armed Forces field officers who were eyewitnesses of several crimes and among whom some people were even under the command of the victims.
    • Family members of the victims among which some collected condemning evidence and started prosecution which obviously remained unproceeded.
    • The secret reports of the civil and military special services of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
    • The confidential reports of some prisoners – of which some on the death row – in the lawsuit of Laurent Desire Kabila’s murder (About ten ofthem managed to run away and are now outside the national borders).
    It is obvious that for safety reasons, we had to keep these persons’s identities unrevealed while waiting for a better time when a fair lawsuit can be launched in order to disclose the identity of the real authors of president Laurent Désiré Kabila’ assassination.

    I. JOSEPH KABILA’S HIDDEN ORIGINS
    1. His origins :
    Joseph Kabila, in his real name Hyppolite KANAMBE, was born on June 4th, 1971 of a Rwandan father on the name of Christopher KANAMBE and a Rwandan mother named Marcelline MUKAMBUKUJE. His father was an opossant to the Rwandan former president Juvénal HABYARIMANA. He met Laurent Désiré KABILA, opposant of the Zairean former president MOBUTU, in the resistance movements based in the mountains on the rwando-zairean border, where they fought against their common enemies :MOBUTU et HABYARIMANA.
    After the death of his friend Christopher Kanambe in 1977, LD Kabila married (in the traditional customs) his widow Marcelline and adopted (in the same traditional customs) her two young twin children, a girl and a boy: Jenny KANAMBE and Hyppolite KANAMBE.
    2. A neglected youth :
    LD Kabila, who wed— several women (of which more than 13 —) when he went underground—and of which he got a number of children (more than 25), had only a limited — time to take care of the latter. So as he had not been able to push his studies beyond the secondary level, the young Hyppolite Kanambe was forced to do several jobs for his living—-; amongst which as a taximan,as a barman and of mechanic in the cities of Dar-are – Salaam and of Kigoma in Tanzania.

    —Indeed, his »foster father » (hear ‘step father’), LD Kabila, lived with all his family in exile in Tanzania during Hyppolite’s childhood and adolescence. Kabila spent more of his time in exile in the traffic of the gold and diamond rather than fighting MOBUTU’s regime; which often led him to cross the forests and the mountains of Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda and Uganda, to exercise his fraudulent business.
    3. Back to the native land
    In 1995, Hyppolite Kanambe decided to get back to his motherland the Rwanda, where he was welcomed by his uncle James KABAREBE, Colonel and Head of the intelligence services of the Rwandan Patriotic Army (APR), who accommodates him in his own home.
    At first, Kabarebe finds for his his nephew a job as « driver boy », in other words drive assistant of a delivery truck transporting goods in Kigali, before employing him as his private chauffeur.
    In 1996, when the Americans launch their military —base to prepare the invasion of Zaire, Paul Kagame appoints Colonel James Kabarebe as Head of the military operations and responsible of the « Zaire File ». He supervises the recruitment and the training of the new recruits of the military base. This is when he takes the opportunity to register his nephew Hyppolite Kanambe to the training program, in order to incorporate him, at a later stage, to the invasion operation of Zaire that is being primed.

    II. PROGRESSION TOWARDS POWER
    1. Paul Kagame’s machiavellian plan: destabilize the DRC with the purpose of occupation and annexation
    Joseph Kabila’s entry to the supreme magistracy in Democratic Republic of Congo constitutes the crowning of a machiavellian plan skilfully conceived by the « brain », Paul Kagame, and accurately executed by his accomplice Hyppolite Kanambe turned into Joseph Kabila, under the directives and by means of his uncle and mentor James Kabarebe.
    The final goal, in the long term, is to take control of the running of the Congolese State structures from the top, in order to progessively realize the plan of occupation and annexation of targeted territories programmed in the east Kivu provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
    By controlling the political and military power in Kinshasa by means of a very top staff —accomplice, Paul Kagame believes to have enough operational margin to maintain the crisis in the region of Great Lakes and facilitate the realization of the plot.
    Paul Kagame is very aware of the fact that a strong and stable Congo, with a powerful and dissuasive army would constitute a severe obstacle, even a danger, to the machiavellian projects he has been nourishing for several years against the DRC. And having launched the operation of destabilization of the DRC by provoking both wars, he knows that the resolution of the

    Congolese crisis would sound the knell of his power in Rwanda and would inevitably bring to light his direct involvement in the war crimes and the crimes against humanity committed against the Congolese populations and against the Rwandan Hutus refugees decimated in DRC by the Rwandan troops of the APR, allies of AFDL.
    2. The strategy of « Trojan Horse »
    To reach his goals, Kagamé had conceived a plan of which the cleverness laid in using the strategy of the « Trojan Horse ». It consisted in getting in Rwandan, disguised under the Congolese identity, into the expeditionary force of the members of the coalition and the allies of the AFDL of LD Kabila, in order to control the political and military institutions of the DRC. It is in this context that an important number of Rwandan political and military executives pointedly showed their false Congolese identity. Among them we shall remember the most comical case of … James Kabarebe whom Kagame imposed to Laurent Désiré Kabila as Army Chief of Staff of the Congolese Army in 1997 and 1998. A lot of people forgot or did not notice that it is in the same lot that Joseph Kabila was imposed to Laurent Désiré to the heart of the system of his power in order to be able to control him better at first, then to weaken him, and finally to finish him.
    Today nobody is capable of understanding the subtlety of the functioning of the mechanism of complicity between the Kagame, Kabarebe and Joseph Kabila, since no one understood the strategy put in place by both first ones to enable the elimination of all civilian and military persons who

    constituted either an obstacle, or a threat to Joseph Kabila’s ascent to the top of the power in DRC.
    This is why, it is essential to know the hidden details of the ascent of this sphinx of which the apparent composure and gentleness oppose terribly to the ferocity which he manifests at exterminating his real or presumed adversaries.
    3. The successive stages of the ascent of the sphinx
    Everything starts in 1996, a few weeks after the AFDL coalition ‘s launch of the war against the Zaire of Mobutu, when Laurent Désiré Kabila is recruited by the Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni and presented to Paul Kagame (with the blessing of the United States) to head the « Zairean rebellion ».
    During the introduction of LD Kabila to Paul Kagame, the latter is rather disappointed by the aspect of his host who had, according to him, no look of a fighter, still less of a military man to lead this important military expedition in Zaire. In front of Paul Kagame reserves and anxieties, James Kabarebe reassures him by suggesting an accelarated training to the Rwandan special services for his nephew Hyppolite who, (how convenient), is close to the new boss of the « rebellion » who is no one else but his foster father …
    So Hyppolite Kanambe appears as the providential man who is henceforth going to serve as « safety valve » and as « guard rail » beside Laurent Désiré Kabila. He will be at the same time

    guardian of the interests of Rwanda, in other words, the eyes and the ears of James Kabarebe, which was in fact LD Kabila’s « direct boss ».
    To allow Hyppolite to fill his mission near LD Kabila more effectively, Colonel Kabarebe will him to a quick intensive training for intelligence officer (O.R.) in the Rwandan Army intelligence services training centre.
    From this moment onwards, the process of his infiltration at the core of the AFDL plan and around LD Kabila will accelarate.
    Indeed, after a brief in-service training in quality of his uncle James Kabarebe’s aide-de-camp (in order to get him acquainted to the « Zaire file », get to know his new country and integrate the instructions and objectives of his mission with LD Kabila), Hyppolite Kanambe made his first official appearance beside LD Kabila who introduced him as his collaborater (not as adopted son or even step son), after the fall of the city of Kisangani in March 1997.
    At this stage of his mission, his task consisted in centralizing and in filtering all the audiences of LD Kabila and in reporting daily to his direct superviser Kabarebe, to the high attention of the « Boss », hear Paul Kagame. In this line of action, James Kabarebe had personally enjoined LD Kabila and the Rwandan security officers around him, to include Hyppolite Kanambe to all audiences without exception – so that he could take notes down! No audience was to be given if Hyppolite was not invited.

    It is also from the Kisangani stepping stone that Joseph Kabila starts to assume military responsibilities as leader of the military intelligence services of M’Zee (LD Kabila’s nickname). This position gave him the way to lead the massacre of hundreds of thousands Hutus refugees in this region – on James Kabarebe’s order.
    After the fall of the city of Lubumbashi in April 1997, the coalition engage the final march towards the capital Kinshasa. Paul Kagame and James Kabarebe order LD Kabila to present Joseph as his son, urged by the events he cannot negociate, he obeys. Those who, so far, had known « Major Hyppo » will hear, for the very first time, LD Kabila name him « Joseph Kabila » and refer to him as « his son » during an interview. A major stage of the process had so just been achieved!
    This was the condition Kagame imposed to LD Kabila, to be authorized to self-proclaim President of the Republic of Zaire! Kagame’s offer was quite worth its weight of gold, for the simple reason that in fact, the Americans had opposed to the nomination of LD Kabila at the head of Zaire. Against this new ally of conjoncture, the C.I.A. had a heavy file of serious litigations! Kagame knew that LD Kabila was well aware of this American disposition towards him. No wonder then, that a few months later, M’ Zee broke the juicy contracts he had previously agreed on with the American Kansas companies! This decision would cost him his own life.
    In April 1998, James Kabarebe, now promoted General Chief of Staff of the Congolese Armed forces, suggests to LD Kabila to send his « son » to a military training in China, for a couple of months. But while Joseph Kabila is in China, the political

    climate between Rwanda and LD Kabila deteriorates quickly. As good strategist, Kabarebe quickly decides to call his joker back, in case … So, at his hasty return from China and on James Kabarebe’s proposition, « Kabila junior » is boosted to the rank of Major General and is given the function of commander-in-chief of the ground strengths of the FAC! This is how he became right-hand man of … James Kabarebe at the head of the FAC!
    4. Pretence demarcation from Kagame and Kabarebe
    Shortly after the official inauguration of LD Kabila in Kinshasa, the inhabitants of the capital are horrified when they discover the trick : the so-called « war of liberation » was actually hidding a dreadful Rwandan invasion. The Rwandan military of the coalition who behaved as on conquered territory in the Congolese capital struck the Congolese’s pride and started getting on their nerves. The discontent rumbling rose and popular pressure was put on LD Kabila, himself exasperated by the arrogance of the Rwandan learned assembly which had invaded all the sectors of the political and the military power of the country.
    As a result, the reliable relations between LD Kabila and his Rwandan mentors went bad. M’ Zee, forced by his people who demanded the departure of the « Rwandan invaders » began to show the first signs of nervousness.
    This situation does not escape James Kabarebe, the fine strategist, who promptly alerts at once his boss Kagame. Both decide to immediately proceed with the higher phase of their plan: James Kabarebe thus immediately passes the plan instructions on to Joseph Kabila and notifies him that the latter has now become the major pawn of the Rwandan plan in DRC.     warned of the imminent and strategic withdrawal, from DRC, of the Rwandan troops and political executives expedition. As for him, he has to distance himself strategically (seemingly) from Rwanda and from his interests in order to gain more trust from LD Kabila and get even closer to him, fully playing the sensitive game of the adopted « son ». To do so, he has to pretend to take sides with his « father” LD Kabila », against the Rwandan!
    From this stage, Joseph Kabila starts to systematically link with the Katangan colonel Eddy Kapend (very close to LD Kabila), then with General Anselme Masasu, natural leader of the Congolese military native of Kivu. The connection with the latter will result in a bigger trust from his « father » who will confide him the intermediary’s role between him and the Congolese military native of Kivu, whose trust he has just gained thanks to Masasu’s friendship.
    So when the quarrel between LD Kabila and his Rwandan and Ugandan ex-allies arose in June, July and August, 1998, Joseph Kabila will line up with his « father », according to the strategy established beforehand and according to the instructions from Kigali. This gesture will deeply touch LD Kabila who will appreciated it to its value…!
    Here is how the Rwandan trap closed on LD Kabila without him being really aware of it. He will so be manipulated by his own enemies who will use him, himself -as we are going to see-, to open them the royal way to its murder and to the taking of the power in DRC.

    5. Systematic elimination of several Congolese military officers who hampered the ascent towards the power
    In August, 1998, after the Rwandan invasion of Kinshasa failed and after the resulting Congolese revolt against rwandans, to accelerate the execution of the final phase, Joseph Kabila received the order from Kigali to get rid of any impeding or harmful element from his circle or in his way.
    To facilitate this delicate mission, James Kabarebe makes the Rwandan military intelligence services infrastructure available to Joseph Kabile to supply him with false evidence which he will use to incriminate the Congolese military officers targeted for elimination. At the same time, his own privileged position with LD Kabila, henceforth convinced of the sincere attachment of his « son », gives him a very powerful supplementary weapon against his victims!
    Strong with these assets, Joseph Kabila starts a sbloody journey, worthy of these of a « serial killer ». For each of his crime, he knows he can count on the expertise of his Rwandan mentors who take care to supply him with the « genuine evidence », which he presents to his « father », claiming to have pulled it out of the Rwandan services thanks to his own intelligence networks.
    The display of « evidence » provided by the Rwandan dens provoked almost immediately LD Kabila to pronounce the death sentence towards the poor « traitor » officers. General Anselme MASASU became the first known victim of this machiavellian masquerade!

    a) Assassination of General Anselme MASASU
    In his strategic position of « Chief of Staff of the ground Forces » and in his intermediary’s role between LD Kabila and the Congolese military officers native of the East, Joseph Kabila had received, from his « father », the responsability of transporting the logistic assistance to the ‘East Front’ the latter had organised to block, with the Maï-Maï fighters, the aggression of his former allies Rwandans, his worst aggressors after August, 1998.
    Unfortunately, big quantities of this logistic help were regularly hijacked by Joseph Kabila for the benefit of the Rwandan troops. Kadogos committed to the service of Joseph Kabila eventually discovered his betrayal and decided to alert their natural leader Masasu. Hurt by this revelation on the trickery of the one that he believed to be his « brother and friend », Masasu decided to confront him. This proved to be wrong, because with this initiative he signed his death sentence, although Joseph Kabila friendly reassured him and rejected altogether all the charges and all the suspicions against him.
    After their interview, afraid to be denounced to the president LD Kabila by Masasu, Joseph Kabila actioned his killing process at once so that he could preem Masasu. On his urgent request, a fake genuine official document was provided by Kabarebe, with the heading of the Rwandan intelligence services, in which Masasu was appearing as collaborating with the Rwandan authorities and preparing the imminent physical elimination of the Congolese president!
    In front of these « irrefutable evidence » of high treason, Joseph Kabila easily received the green light from his « father » for the

    execution of general Anselme Masasu, without lawsuit. So was this army officer delivered to his “best friend” Joseph by M’ Zee, with eight other valuable Congolese officers involved as accomplices in the document. Nine companions in misfortune were all savagely massacred to Kantonia near Puéto, under Joseph Kabila’s unflinching eyes.
    After Masasu’s death, Joseph Kabila started a real purge within the army to eliminate Masasu’s « molest » as well as any other embarassing witness which could reveal or disclose his secret. This situation provoked a massive exodus of young soldiers and officers, of whom most were « Kadogos » native of Kivu. Fortunately, some managed to join Europe and were able to give their testimonies, whereas several others were caught up in their attempt to escape and were executed without any lawsuit.
    In his killing frenzy, Joseph Kabila, to reach his final goal, sacrificed several other bright Congolese officers.
    To illustrate his dark journey, some of the most well known cases are pinned up below:
    b) Commander Martin TSHIMANGA MBIE case
    He assumed the function of General Secretary of the Logistics and military Supply of the FAC when he was struck by a violent death in the night of 23 till 24 November 1999 in Kinshasa.
    Appointed to this post by general François OLENGA in November 1998, Major Tshimanga Mbie’s mission constisted in

    forwarding the military equipment intended for the governmental troops on the various fronts inside the country.
    But curiously, general Olenga and Joseph Kabila made last minute changes to the official destination and ordered him to deliver this military equipment to the enemy troops.
    For example, this case which occurred in August 1999 when Major Tshimanga received the order to go on a mission to Mbuji Mayi to provide the troops of the Congolese Armed Forces in the battlefront. At the last minute, he received general Olenga’s order to deliver these equipment and medicines to LUBAU in CABINDA, where the Rwandan troops were based!
    As he could no longer bear his superiors’s betrayal, the Major Tshimanga Mbie took to denounce them to the Head of State LD Kabila where he sought an audience. Warned by their men placed around the president of the Republic, Joseph Kabila and François Olenga preemed him. A death squad caught him up and coldly executed him in his bedroom, before he could inform LD Kabila.
    This case is the best known because the victim’s family engaged with all the judicial authorities of the DRC and a complaint was registered with them. Several requests were sent to the political and judicial authorities worldwide among which the King of the Belgians whose cabinet acknowledged receipt without further action!

    c) Execution of three ex-FAZ generals
    As for Major Tshimanga, three very valuable general officers ex-FAZ have known the same fate. These officers, in spite of serving in the Zairean Armed Forces under Mobutu, were very appreciated by LD Kabila for their competence. All three They commanded military operations to the battlefront. Having noticed, after inquiry, that the dispatched war equipment was systematically hijacked by Joseph Kabila, they were about to notify president LD Kabila of the high treason he was victim of from his « son » when they were snatched by the Joseph Kabila’s unforgivable machine. A fake genuine document from the Rwandan services made them dangerous « traitors » collaborating with Rwanda to eliminate president LD Kabila! But in reality these three officers were as much a threat as an obstacle to Joseph Kabila’s mission process.
    So, having received the authorization from his « father », Joseph Kabila proceeded to the execution of these three highly valuable general officers in ANKORO in 1999. These were:
    - major general MULIMBI MABILO
    - brigadier BEKAZWA BAKUNDULU, mecano N.004142X
    - brigadier NGWALA
    But the cynical aspect of this situation is that each of these betrayal operations constitued positive points for Joseph: the more he denounced « traitors » and important « moles », the more he gained his « father »’s trust who believed this was about dedication and righteousness worthy of a « son ».

    d) A long series of murdered officers
    We would need to write several books if we wanted to describe all the testimonies of the eyewitnesses which attended or participated in the numerous murders of hundreds of thousands Congolese soldiers in the battlefront and in Kinshasa on Joseph Kabila’s orders, either as department head of military intelligence of M’ Zee, or as chief of staff of the ground Forces of the FAC.
    But we can quote some cases of very known officers which were murdered in Kinshasa after the failed invasion of 1998-1999:
    • colonel TSHEKE MUAKA MANKETE, mecano N.162262E, former commander(major) of the Military Superior Center (CSM) of the 2nd Republic,
    • colonel NTONDELE MITHAY, mecano N. 170472R
    • colonel KAJUBA SELENGE MADUWA, mecano N. 161982N
    • colonel VONDI NZITA
    • colonel NDOMA MUTEKE
    To this list it is necessary to add other officers, killed in 2006, of which most were poisoned, namely colonels: NZALE PAPEDOA, NYASWA, KATALIKO, MAZABA, MBELENGA and OPANGO-DEKE.
    We also need to remind the murders, in September 2006, of Major GBONOBE, former Director of the Computing service in the Military Integration Structure (SMI), and of Captain SUMAILI, the former presidential pilot, both meanly murdered in their own residence.

    To the targeted eliminations of Congolese superior officers who constituted obstacles to Joseph Kabila’s ascent, it is important to add the massacre of FAC troops : in the night of 23 till 24 November 2000, when Joseph Kabila, then chief of staff of the ground Forces of the FAC, brought the Congolese troops in an ambush to facilitate the fall of the city of PUETO in the hands of the Rwandan troops. The fall of this strategic city had to open the royal way to Kagame towards Lubumbashi.
    Numerous testimonies of the still alive witnesses confirm that the brigadier Joseph Kabila, chief of staff of the ground Forces, ordered his majors to finish all the Congolese soldiers wounded on battlefields so that the retreat of the troops towards Lubumbashi would not be delayed! Now there were more than 350 soldiers and Congolese officers wounded on the battlefield!!! The Congolese officers shocked and revolted of of their general criminal behavior, tried to shoot him down. Joseph Kabila owed his safety to the fastness of his escape aboard a helicopter which brought him back to Lubumbashi from where he got back to Kinshasa.
    Even today, officers and Congolese soldiers are ready to testify against Joseph Kabila for his war crimes!
    VI. ASSASSINATION OF LAURENT-DESIRE KABILA : These dark zones one do not want to enlight
    LD Kabila’s death has already poured a lot of ink without the mystery which surrounds him was unveiled. Far from us the idea to
    supply here the hidden causes and the definitive identity of the real authors of this tragedy which henceforth makes the Congolese politics a saga. However, while discovering some circumstances which preceded and followed the tragedy of LD Kabila’s murder in the direct line of Joseph Kabila’s ascent towards the summit of the power, we can only be upset with the concordance, the coherence and the convergence of these facts which place LD Kabila’s « son » in the very center of the scene.
    Thus let us examine the main elements that were set before the tragedy strictly speaking:
    ACT I : Kinshasa, October 2000 : Mrs SIFA Mahanya’s arrest
    Mrs SIFA MAHANYA, presented wrongly as being Joseph Kabila biological mother (we shall come back to it), is really Congolese and it is one of the numerous declared or known « wives » of LD Kabila with whom she had 6 children named: Joséphine, Cécile, Masengo, Gloria, Kiki and Maguy.
    Mrs Sifa lived with her husband in the Marble Palace, the official residence of the Head of State when at the end of October of the year 2000, LD Kabila has a severe discomfort after a meal. The medical examinations immediately practised diagnose a poisoning. The investigations led by the presidential security staff raise a bundle of serious indications of assumption converging on Mrs SIFA, who is accused of attempt murder on her husband and is immediately arrested on order of LD Kabila and imprisoned in the prison center of Makala in pavilion N. 10.

    ACT II : Kinshasa, 11 January 2001 : the exfiltration of Mrs Sifa from the prison center
    Behind his « father »’s back, Joseph Kabila organises the prisoner to be removed from her cell, with the complicity of the director of the prison, Mr Kelly DIDO KITUNGUA. Mrs Sifa Mahanya is immediately secretely transferred to Lubumbashi where she is accommodated in a discrete place.
    ACT III : Lubumbashi, 12 January 2001: LD Kabila is advised to to cancel his trip to Cameroun
    The day after the removal of Mrs Sifa Mahanya, Joseph Kabila contacts his « father » who was preparing to fly to Cameroon to take part at the Summit of the French-speaking world. Joseph advises LD Kabila not to go to Cameroon on the basis of reliable intelligence in his possession information, about a plot against the president of DRC. LD Kabila who deeply trusts his « son » cancels his trip to Cameroon. From Lubumbashi, where he was, the Head of State get back directly to Kinshasa.
    ACT IV : Kinshasa, 15 January 2001 : Joseph Kabila orders the disarmament of the garrison of Kinshasa, then he leaves hastily to Lubumbashi.
    The day before the tragedy, on order of Joseph Kabila, all military of the FAC garrison of Kinshasa are disarmed without any explanation. Much more, colonel Eddy Kapend receives Joseph Kabila’s strict orders to proceed to the arrest of the Head of the External

    Management Intelligence (ANR / OF), Mr Ismaël Tutwemoto. It is Mr Leta Mangasa, the ANR Chief General Administrator general-in chief who executes this arrest.
    After having taken all these apparently « inexplicable » measures, Joseph Kabila quicly and discreetly flies to Lubumbashi from where he makes a mysterious trip outside the country.
    ACT V : Kinshasa, 16 January 2001 : LD Kabila is killed
    In the middle-day, shots blast between the Marble Palace walls, the presidential residence. LD Kabila, seriously wounded to his head, dies a short time later, even before being loaded on the helicopter which transports him to the Private hospital Ngaliema.
    It is at nightfall that Joseph Kabila gives the order to open N’Djili airport closed since the announcement of the attempted coup, specially for him, to allow the landing of his plane from Lubumbashi! This behaviour of Joseph Kabila seems at the least strange!
    How come a son, who scrupulously watched his « father » security until the day before, and who advise the cancellation of his trip to Cameroon because an imminent deadly danger, how come after the announcement of the attack on his « father », this « son » remained cloistered in Lubumbashi, at only 2 hours flight from Kinshasa, and joins the capital only at the end of the day, several hours after his « father »s death? Where had he spent the day? What did he match do all this time? Where did he really come from? Was Lubumbashi not a diversion?
    So many questions over the underlying causes of LD Kabila’s death should have been investigated. However, for our
    country, we have been working for years now. And today, numerous recorded testimonies are examined and scrutinised.
    The formal testimonies of the Congolese medical staff who had received LD Kabila body at the helicopter landing strongly confirm that the Congolese president had died well before his arrival to the private hospital.
    However, Joseph Kabila, who had taken control of the operations around  » his father « , ordered the transfer of LD Kabila’s body to Harare in Zimbabwe! He then multiplied deceitful communiqués addressed to the Congolese people to persuade them that his president was well. Dominique Sakombi knows about it!
    Why thus this masquerade and this macabre mouvements around the mortal remains of a president of the Republic? Another mystery! But the detailed file of the LD Kabila murder will be the subject of another statement.
    ACT VI : Kinshasa : During the funerals, Sifa Mahanya is presented to the public as the « weeping widow », and then as Joseph Kabila’s « biological mother »!

    During LD Kabila’s funerals starting in Harare and ending 23 January 2001 with the burial in Kinshasa, Mrs Sifa Mahanya, the prisoner removed from her cell 5 days before M’Zee assassination and

    hidden in Lubumbashi so far, gets out of her hiding place and is propelled on the national front scene. She is suddenly presented to the national and international press as  » the weeping widow  » of the deceased president and the biological « mother » of Joseph Kabila who has just taken his « father »’s seat in the conditions which we know. And here we are, the buckle is buckled!
    However, in his lifetime, throughout the war and during his mandate to the head of the country, LD Kabila never officially introduced the  » first lady  » to the Congolese people, in other words: his official wife among his dozen of wives! And, the one that was presented as « the weeping widow » had been removed from prison where she was held for attempted murder on her husband by poisoning. And the author of this removal is the very one who has taken the seat of the victim, and of which Mrs Sifa gives for the very first time, the honorable testimony of being « the biological mother ». Do you get the picture?
    The final stage setting for this strategy contains vulgar mistakes which call to all Congolese in the tragedy the Democratic Republic of Congo is going through.
    IN CONCLUSION
    People of all over the world show, through their respective constitutions, a particular requirement on the authenticity of the origin of the men or women who run for the highest office of the management of the country. This requirement, far from translating some feeling of xenophobia or discrimination, rather conveys the concern of every people to watch and protect their sovereignty and their national integrity.

    Why thus would the International Community want to deprive only the Congolese people to enjoy this legitimate right?
    If we compare the various constitutions of the African countries, to speak only about Africa, we notice that every people formulate their requirements about the origin of the candidates for the position of President of the Republic, according to their own specificities. But whatever are the differences of conditions levels, all without exception, express their need to guarantee the authenticity of the original identity of the candidates.
    Let us browse some cases in Africa:
    1) EGYPT :
    Constitution of 11 September 1971 revised 20 May 1980
    Article 75
    The president of the Republic must be Egyptian of Egyption father and mother, have his civil and political rights and be at least forty-years-old, calculated according to the Gregorian calendar.
    2) IVORY COAST : Constitution of July 2000
    Article 35
    The candidate for the presidential election must be at least forty-year-old and seventy-five years in most.
    He must from Ivory Coast origin, arisen from father and mother themselves of Ivory Coast origin.
    He must never have given up the Ivory Coast nationality.
    He must never have taken another nationality.

    As one can notice through the constitutions of four countries chosen at random, the problem of the identity and the origins of the candidates for the presidency of the republic is a major preoccupation for sovereign peoples.
    That is why the Alliance of the Patriots for Refondation of the Congo, APARECO in abbreviation, denounces the trickery and the current fraud in the Democratic Republic of Congo where, with the complicity of the Rwandan political and military authorities, a young Rwandan officer of the Rwandan army managed to infiltrate into the ranks of the Congolese army, and having raised himself to a commandment rank, took advantage of it to eliminate the embarrassing Congolese officers to monopolize finally the power at the top of the Congolese state, having proclaimed himself to be « Congolese » to legitimize his imposture and facilitate the occupation of the Eastern part of the Republic in favour of his Rwandan fellow countrymen!
    That is why we shall pursue the fight for the liberation of the Democratic Republic of Congo until the forced or voluntary departure of the impostor and all the groups of his civil and military fellow countrymen infiltrated in our country, with the support and the complicity of their African and western allies.
    If Joseph Kabila intends to protest against the truths exposed in this narrative, we thus invite him to confront us by supplying to the Congolese people and to the whole world the irrefutable evidence of his Congolese origin. And because Joseph Kabila claims that LD Kabila and Sifa Mahanya (both genuine Congolese) are his biological parents, we call the challenge again by solemnly inviting him solemnly to organize a DNA test with neutral and sworn doctors to prove his filiation to the persons that he declares to be his parents.
    The Congolese people cannot understand that the international community formally forbade the opponents of Joseph Kabila to raise the issue of its nationality during the presidential election campaign, and that the same international community said nothing when Joseph Kabila’s partners of PPRD and AMP raised the same problem of nationality at the level of the elections of the governors of province!
    Chase away the nature and it will soon come back, as it is said. The international community bungled the indispensable stage of the operation of the identification, with the only purpose of protecting their favourite pawn. And in spite of our protests and our warnings on the consequences of this grave omission, the CIAT did not hear and accused us of « xenophobia »! Today, the institutions of the young Republic (and the Parliament) are threatened with blockade because of the identity problem of the elected representatives!     However, in his lifetime, throughout the war and during his mandate to the head of the country, LD Kabila never officially introduced the  » first lady  » to the Congolese people, in other words: his official wife among his dozen of wives! And, the one that was presented as « the weeping widow » had been removed from prison where she was held for attempted murder on her husband by poisoning. And the author of this removal is the very one who has taken the seat of the victim, and of which Mrs Sifa gives for the very first time, the honorable testimony of being « the biological mother ».
